MODULAR DECK - ROTARY RACK FIXED STATIC RACK from SALVA
Unique modular construction allows you to add decks later so your oven can grow as your business grows.
Available in 9 sizes to suit either 16" / 18" trays or 600 x 400mm trays. Tray capacities available 2, 3, 4 or 6 trays per deck.
Each deck is independently controlled with the Salva ST.02 Control Panel. The panel's features include overall and
set temperature display, top, bottom and front heat control, bake timer, steam control and delayed start up.
Each oven deck is fitted with Ceramic Heating Elements and high quality insulation to ensure even baking and good energy efficiency.
Ovens are supplied standard with steel floors and can be optioned with stone baking floors and steam generators.
The
Salva Sirocco Rotary Rack Ovens are available in single and double rack capacities.
All ovens are characterised by their highly efficient combustion chamber for lower operating costs and fast recovery time. Ovens can be either gas, oil or electrically fired.
Ovens are supplied in 3 specification levels:
KS-94 Basic analogue controls
KS-90 Programmable control panel with 8 user programmes
KS-95 Programmable control panel with 50 user programmes, 5 sequences per programme
and motorised Damper control
Fully stainless steel exterior and interior ensure long service life.
